Before joining forces to create Second Chance Investigations LLC, Danny is best known in the criminal justice community as the assistant chief investigator for the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s office.  In addition to carrying a full caseload, Danny was responsible for supervising 30 investigators assigned to different divisions of the DA’s office. Before his time as assistant chief, Danny spent 16 years as a lead investigator with the DA’s office investigating capital murder death penalty cases, and other major and high profile criminal cases.  During this period Danny also conducted internal affairs investigations and spearheaded team investigations for the Major Case Investigative Team which involved law enforcement agencies from Tarrant, Parker, Johnson, Denton and Wise counties.  

 

Danny’s other law enforcement experience includes work as an undercover narcotics officer, a narcotics unit supervisor, and a patrol officer and detective with the City of Denton Police Department.  Danny has over 37 years in law enforcement.  His expertise is available to assist you with your criminal, family or civil case.
